This screams 1980s! The fabric is pastel pink, periwinkle, and green brushstroke floral print, with elbow length sheer wide sleeves, small shoulder pads, elastic waist, button at the back collar, and matching snap on belt. Labeled “Starlo Fashions, Made in the USA, hand wash” and is in excellent condition. The bust lining measures 38 inches mac, waist 24-32 inches (it's elastic), hips 52 inches, and the top is lined in a polyester tank top shape, the bottom is sheer. (More measurements listed in the picture.) Note it just slides on over your head. This is a vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
